Dr. Karen Keeler PT, DPT, OCS
Karen earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas A&M University in 2002, and went on to earn her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Texas State University in 2005. After working at an outpatient orthopedic clinic in her home town of San Antonio for almost two years, she decided to try traveling physical therapy. Her assignments took her all over Texas and to the Lake Tahoe area, and she worked in a variety of settings. Lake Tahoe and Reno have become one of her favorite places, and she returns yearly.
Upon “retiring” from traveling physical therapy, she returned to San Antonio and again worked in an outpatient orthopedic facility. She earned her Orthopedic Specialization with the APTA in 2013, and moved to Austin, where she worked in sports medicine clinics. Since then, she earned her transitional Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch. She recently moved to Houston, and loves any outdoor activities she can do with her dog, Brady. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
